Procedure for Ordering Under Our PEPPM Contract (all orders including out of state)

Vendor Contacts and Ordering Instructions: To assure PEPPM bid protection, all PEPPM orders must be emailed to orders@peppm.org. In the body of the purchase order, please include the following language: “As per PEPPM contract number 548722-015.”

Placing an Order via Email

  1. Locate product and prices on www.peppm.org or through an AngelTrax sales executive.
  2. Our posted PEPPM prices are for a quantity of one (1). For volume pricing discounts, please submit your written request for a volume quote for the PEPPM 2025 contract to quotesandorders@angeltrax.com. A quote will be returned to you with volume discount pricing.
  3. All quotes and purchase orders should state “As per PEPPM contract number 548722-015.”
  4. Email the completed order to orders@peppm.org.
  5. Standard shipping is included on all orders over $500.00.

PEPPM review process

After the completed order is emailed.

PEPPM order handling

  • Your order will be reviewed and edited by PEPPM staff.
  • You will be contacted to make any necessary corrections.
  • Your order will be issued to the vendor (AngelTrax) within 24 hours during the business week after all (if any) corrections are made.
  • Your order will be archived for audit support.

Eligible use and registration

Although PEPPM is bidding primarily on behalf of K-14 schools and educational agencies, it is the program’s intent to extend, where feasible, the bid protections and price discounts to four year colleges and universities, state and county governments, and local municipalities, county and municipal authorities, special districts, state agencies and other non-profit organizations not otherwise prohibited by law.

Any eligible entity can use the PEPPM contract with no membership or fee requirements. Buyers are recommended to register at https://www.peppm.org/accounts/register/ to have access to Bid Documentation & Pricing, but it is not a requirement. An interlocal agreement is available if required by the buying agency.
