Authorized Entities

All operating school districts in New Jersey are eligible for membership in the ESCNJ Cooperative Pricing System along with other public educational institutions, including public colleges and universities, community colleges, vocational and technical schools, municipal governments, and other governmental and quasi-governmental organizations. Membership is required in order to receive a quote or place an order. Please see link for a list of approved members: WebsiteMembershipList5-8-24.pdf.

Becoming a Member

Potential members must remit the following two documents as attachments to coop@escnj.us.

  • Member Agreement
  • Certified Board Resolution

These documents will be emailed to you and are located on the ESCNJ website. Membership is FREE with ESCNJ Co-op. Upon membership approval by the State of New Jersey, all current and future contracts listed on ESCNJ website can be utilized.

Procedure for Ordering Under Our ESCNJ Contract

  1. To request a formal quote, please email your request to quotesandorders@angeltrax.com. Confirm that you are a current member with ESCNJ and include the following in your email: Contract Number ESCNJ24/25-09 - NJ State CO-OP #65MCESCCPS.
  2. Upon your receipt of your quote, please issue and email your purchase order to AngelTrax at quotesandorders@angeltrax.com.
  3. Be sure to include the following in your purchase order: Contract Number ESCNJ24/25-09 - NJ State CO-OP #65MCESCCPS and Contract Name ESCNJ.

Membership

Current membership is required before quoting or ordering.

Membership is free with ESCNJ Co-op.

Upon membership approval by the State of New Jersey, all current and future contracts listed on the ESCNJ website can be utilized.
