The bid herein is exclusively for the members of the Southwestern Ohio Educational Purchasing Council (EPC), META Solutions, Ohio Mid-Eastern Regional Education Service Agency (OME-RESA), and Stark County City of Governments (COG). New members are added throughout the year.

Non-Members: EPC membership is free of charge and subject to EPC approval.

No model clauses were included with this bid; however, we comply with all federal model clauses. If the end user needs certification on any other specific clauses, please send the required clauses to the contract department, via email at quotesandorders@angeltrax.com, for execution. The required clause(s) can then be made a part of an order. (This process is compliant with the FTA.)

Procedure for Ordering Under Our Contract

  1. All purchase orders will be issued by individual entities using their own purchase order forms, which should clearly indicate that the purchases are being made under the agreement with the Southwestern Ohio EPC, META Solutions, OME-RESA and Stark County COG.
  2. This procedure will be the case and until the selected vendor develops an approved method of ordering between the purchaser and the vendor.
  3. We will forward a formal quote. Upon receipt, please issue and forward your purchase order to the AngelTrax contract department via email at quotesandorders@angeltrax.com, indicating the following on your purchase order: RFP Number 2024-25 Transportation Supplies & Bus Cameras Bid Extension.
