Piggyback Contract/Other Entity Clause

It is the intent of this solicitation that other governmental organizations and agencies throughout the continental United States may purchase identical items at the same unit pricing and the same general terms and conditions, subject to the applicable state laws. The Cooperative authorizes each governmental entity to make payment directly to the successful proposer.

Procedure for Ordering Under Our Contract

  1. Get Competitive Pricing: Use the “request for quote” feature to request pricing or call the vendor and ask for a “BuyBoard quote.”
  2. Make the Purchase: Issue your purchase order (PO) to AngelTrax. Indicate on the PO “Per BuyBoard Contract: #796-26-Radio Communications & Video Recording Products & Services,” and e-mail it to info@buyboard.com.
