Help Desk Specialist
Position Information
Location: Dothan, AL
Department: Technical Support
Responsibilities
- Work with professional individuals on products specific to the transportation industry for school buses, mass transit trains and buses, law enforcement vehicles, and locomotives
- Troubleshoot customer issues with products and software
- Assist with customer returns
- Communicate effectively with customers to diagnose the problem in a timely manner
- Communicate with other internal departments to handle the customer's technical needs
- Be self-motivated, punctual, professional and dependable
Experience/Skills Preferred
- Help Desk Support with IT experience
- High school or equivalent
Job Type
Full-time, on-site (no remote work or travel)
Schedule
- 8 hour shift
- Monday through Friday
- 8AM to 5PM
