Responsibilities
- Install electronic recording equipment on various vehicle types, per specifications of manufacturer and customer
- Read schematics and trouble-shoot electrical equipment components
- Perform duties at varying hours of the day, as determined by customer vehicles’ availability
- Record and communicate installation deliverables to Project Manager in a timely manner
- Record and upload installation data into software platform
- Complete paperwork accurately and promptly
- Effectively communicate with clients
- Meet planned installation quota per day, or per project
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Comply with all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment while on job sites
- Maintain excellent attendance
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
- * This position will require extensive national travel for extended periods of time in order to meet project requirements during customer asset availability. *
Experience/Skills Required
- Candidate must be able to/know how to operate a variety of hand and power tools for extended periods of time
- A technical background in low voltage electronics/wireless networking is beneficial but training is provided
- Successful candidates will be self-motivated, possess critical thinking skills, customer service skills and be able to solve problems
Job Type
Full-time, salary, extensive travel required, with some weekends (based on project)
Schedule
- 8 hour shift
- Monday through Friday
- 8AM to 5PM
