This field service role supports customer installations and requires hands-on work with electronic recording equipment on various vehicle types.

Responsibilities

  • Install electronic recording equipment on various vehicle types per manufacturer and customer specifications.
  • Read schematics and troubleshoot electrical equipment components.
  • Perform duties at varying hours of the day based on customer vehicle availability.
  • Record and communicate installation deliverables to the Project Manager in a timely manner.
  • Complete paperwork accurately and promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with clients.
  • Meet planned installation quota per day or per project.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Comply with safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment while on job sites.
  • Maintain excellent attendance, a professional appearance, and a clean driving record.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Travel nationally for extended periods to meet project requirements during customer asset availability.

Experience / Skills Required

  • Ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools for extended periods.
  • Technical background in low-voltage electronics or wireless networking is beneficial; training is provided.
  • Self-motivation, critical thinking, customer service skills, and problem-solving ability.
