Job Description

The main responsibilities of the Bid Specialist will be the collation and submission of government bids for our company pertaining to Video Surveillance for School Buses, Mass Transit, Locomotive, Waste Management, and Fleet.

Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:

  • Creating and coordinating the production of bid submissions.
  • Research and submission of bids while accurately conveying all information pertaining to the bids.
  • Working under tight deadlines.

Specific Skills

  • Excellent written and communications skills.
  • General office and computer literacy proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and good customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and extra hours if needed.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to complete tasks on time.
  • Ability to analyze and problem solve.
  • Ability to work independently.
