Responsibilities
- Create and coordinate the production of a bid proposal submission
- Work closely with the bid department and other departments
- Perform research that is necessary for a bid and accurately convey all information pertaining to the bid
- Assist with document reviews, pricing summaries and other tasks as needed
- Verify all required forms, certificates, signatures and other proposal requirements are included before processing complete bid
- After each bid submission, create and distribute a list of projects/procedures to be completed by various departments for each bid, if awarded
- Establish work plans, meeting minutes and responses as needed
- Prepare agenda/schedule for webinars
- Be able to handle high-stress situations under tight deadlines and work extra hours if needed
Experience/Skills Required
- Must be computer savvy and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills
- Must have professional customer service skills
- Must have strong organization skills, know how to prioritize, and have a strong attention to detail
- Must know how to multi-task while maintaining accuracy
- Must maintain a strong sense of urgency
- Must possess effective problem-solving skills
- Must have the ability to work independently and complete tasks on time
Experience/Skills Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
Job Type
Full-time, on-site (no remote work or travel)
Schedule
- 8 hour shift
- Monday through Friday
- 8AM to 5PM
