AngelTrax is seeking a Bid Specialist to coordinate the production of bid proposal submissions while working closely with the bid department and other teams across the company.

Responsibilities

Create and coordinate the production of a bid proposal submission.
Work closely with the bid department and other departments.
Perform research necessary for a bid and accurately convey information pertaining to the bid.
Assist with document reviews, pricing summaries, and other tasks as needed.
Verify required forms, certificates, signatures, and other proposal requirements before processing a complete bid.
After each bid submission, create and distribute a list of projects or procedures to be completed by departments for each awarded bid.
Establish work plans, meeting minutes, and responses as needed.
Prepare agendas and schedules for webinars.
Handle high-stress situations under tight deadlines and work extra hours if needed.

Experience / Skills Required

Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.
Professional customer service skills.
Strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy.
Strong sense of urgency.
Effective problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and complete tasks on time.

Preferred

Bachelor's degree.
Bid contract experience: 1 year.
