Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality graphics for various platforms, including digital, print and social media
• Develop and implement social media strategy and content
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and product teams to ensure designs meet project objectives
• Develop brand assets such as logos, icons, infographics and templates
• Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity across all channels
• Prepare and optimize graphics for web and print use, ensuring adherence to technical specifications
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools and best practices to bring fresh ideas to projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of professional design experience (agency or in-house preferred)
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects

Experience/Skills Required

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, After Effects, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Word, Outlook, Planner, Excel and Teams
• Familiarity with file formats, color theory, typography and layout principles
• Experience with print production processes and preparing files for print
• Strong photo editing and retouching skills
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Ability to adapt to feedback from administration and pivot designs quickly
• Organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines effectively
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the role

Experience/Skills Preferred

• Basic understanding of web design principles and HTML/CSS
• Experience with UX/UI design tools like Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD
