We are looking for a self-motivated, punctual, professional and dependable individual to join our Technical Support Department as an entry level Technical Support Specialist.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work with professional individuals on products specific to the transportation industry for school buses, mass transit trains and buses, law enforcement vehicles, and locomotives
  • Troubleshoot customer issues with products and software
  • Assist with customer returns
  • Communicate effectively with customers to diagnose the problem in a timely manner
  • Communicate with other internal department to handle the customer's technical needs

Job Type

Full-time (pay based upon experience), 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday

Experience preferred
