IVS, INC. (AngelTrax Bus Video),("AngelTrax") warrants that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, AngelTrax will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by AngelTrax on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new. This warranty does not cover any damage to this product that results from accident, abuse, misuse, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.
Duration of Warranty
One-Year Warranty: The following AngelTrax products are covered by this warranty for one year: Hard Drives, Cameras and all DVR accessories.
Three-Year Warranty: The following AngelTrax products are covered by this warranty for a period of three years from the date of original retail purchase: All AngelTrax Mobile Digital Video Recorders.
Exclusions and Inclusions
This warranty covers only repair or replacement of defective AngelTrax products, as provided above. AngelTrax is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any costs associated with servicing and/or the installation of AngelTrax products to include removing or reinstalling the product. AngelTrax will not discontinue support of its products, nor obsolete its products, as long as there are component materials available in the marketplace and reasonable customer demand for the products.
Return Policy:
You must retain an RMA number for any return merchandise. Please call customer support at 1-800-673-1788. Place this RMA number on the outside of the box so it is visible to our receiving department. You must pre-pay any shipping charges to us and we will pre-pay the return shipping charges. |
