The CoPilot not only performs as a full-scale surveillance system, but also functions as an onboard driver behavior modification system — providing an unequaled solution.
Continuous capture
The continuous record feature allows the CoPilot to capture everything throughout the duration of the driver’s route, while the G-Force inertia sensor, driver-operated panic button and other event sensors collect and mark data for enhanced driver behavior management.
Self-managed system
The CoPilot is an entirely self-managed surveillance system and does not require a subscription.
Small footprint, big impact
Compact windshield mount
Mounted to the inside of the vehicle’s windshield, the CoPilot features two built-in PeriOptic lens cameras – one capturing an exterior view of the front of the vehicle, the other an interior view of the driver and passengers.
Valuable fleet insight
A G-Force inertia sensor, GPS antenna and other sensors housed within the unit automatically register dangerous activity, including aggressive driving, hard braking, speeding and collisions. Reviewing events marked by the CoPilot can provide fleet directors with valuable insight into their drivers’ habits and how best to manage potentially dangerous behavior.

The built-in GPS-E1 antenna enables Passive GPS, which stamps recorded video with location and speed information that can be reviewed through Google® Track and Google® Maps.

Hands-free A/V transfer
Built-in 500 MHz LAN connectivity allows the DVR to communicate through the *AP Router to transmit data wirelessly over existing wireless LAN and cellular networks (*AP Router is optional)

The CoPilot comes standard with a 2.5mm and a 2.1mm PeriOptic lens camera. The system records and stores some of the clearest, most high-quality audio and video in the transportation industry. A noise-gated microphone, interior infrared and high frame rate video capture ensure the absolute best audio and video data capture possible.

Driver Alerts
Instant driver feedback
An LED light on the front of the CoPilot blinks and an audible tone sounds each
time a sensor is triggered, alerting the
driver in real-time that risky driving
behavior is detected.
Dual SD Cards
Sturdy solid-state storage
The CoPilot stores recorded audio and
video footage on a pair of solid-state SD
cards, allowing for greater data-portability and the option to upgrade
with higher capacity SD cards.
MJPEG or H.264
High-quality compression
